Extruders are heavy duty machines built to suit individual needs. We produce various types and sizes depending upon the production requirements for Straining, Extruding, Tubing, Slab production or Contour shapes. The extruder size depends upon the hourly output required and method of feeding with a complete line of equipment available to meet all customer needs.

We offer a vast range of rubber extruders for different applications such as Tread, Tubes, Profiles, Hoses, Sheeting with Roller die head, Cable Coating, Dock feeding, Inner Tubes for bicycles, cars and trucks.

    Features

  • Extruders are fitted with two stage helical gear box in place of worm reduction gear box for achieving high efficiency
  • Scroll & liners are made of EN-41b/EN-24, Nitra hardened and polished
  • All extruders equipped with variable drive systems of Siemens make.
  • Barrels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners
  • Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance.
  • Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures a proper bite & strip feed to screw.
